SITE ASSESSMENT REPORTS AND CORRECTIVE ACTION PLANS
NassCass personnel have prepared numerous Site Assessment Reports and Corrective Action Plans for sites contaminated with metals, creosote, gasoline, diesel fuel, etc. Following review of available data for a new site, NassCass personnel devise a sampling and analysis plan to evaluate the extent and magnitude of any known or suspected contamination. This plan will generally include soil, groundwater and/or air sampling and analysis for Chemicals of Concern (COCs). Based on the regulatory framework applicable to the site, NassCass can also provide preparation of Corrective Action Plans to remediate contaminants to regulated levels or to risk-based levels. Our turn-key capability provides clients with a cost effective and efficient approach to investigation and remediation activities.
A typical site assessment report for a site contaminated with hydrocarbons, for example, may include the following key components:
b. Delineation of Groundwater Contamination
c. Delineation of Surface Water Contamination
d. Delineation of Free Product
